Sword art online is inspired by the light novel series, manga, and anime cartoon festival which was a great success.

It was later turned into a game with numerous titles spanning from 2013-2020. SAO features themes like love/human relationships, escapism, and new ways to reconnect with people just to mention a few.

This is also a VR game with the quality not as good, but a new experience for players.


1. Tera 

The game begins with two friends Arun and Shara who met in a formless void, fall asleep and begin to dream.  Their dream comes and forms a mysterious land known as TERA. Here, mortals and gods fight each other in a never-ending battle.

Select to be one of the seven races with a set of unique “racial skills” that give you minor advantages over your enemies. Additionally, dodge enemies to actively survive while exploring the environment. Game features such as questing, crafting, and player versus player action are included.


2. Mabinogi  

This is an MMORPG game where the player is not limited by any class other than the player's race. You are free to level upon any of the available skills and build upon your character to be unique.

The game also has various social aspects like sitting around a campfire, playing music, friendly chats, and the use of different facial expressions for player interactions.

Players can select to be either human, elf, or a giant and will start in the respective planets. A real-world day offers bonuses such as a higher experience rate for certain skills, a higher item creation success rate, and even aging.

Starting the game, you will need to select a skill type from a selection of eleven to create one's, own class. Based on the improvement made, you will be able to increase your skill level.

In the game, ensure to take part and complete the quests to gain experience points. Ultimately, unlock the hidden quests by attaining special achievements. There are multiple ways of making money, one of them being the trading routes which is the most effective.

The further the trading post from the crafting terminal the higher the reward you will receive. Travel the vast world using various means like public transport, boats, gliders, and car-like machines to transport goods or just take a walk and interact with the environment.


6. Elsword Online

This is a Free-to-play action, massively multiplayer online role-playing game. It features real-time action gameplay that includes both player vs environment and player vs player modes. Select from a group of fourteen playable characters each with their unique backstories and distinct skills and abilities. Additionally, defeat enemies in the game to level up and unlock new job classes and new skills.

Explore the world of 13 unique regions and be sure to visit the towns to receive quests, purchase items, and interact with other players in the game.

This is a free-to-play 3D martial arts action massively multiplayer online role-playing game. The game is inspired by martial arts and adventure in Ming Dynasty China.  When the player starts, you select one of eight factions and develop the characters in the game.

Get to learn new skills and engage in PvE and PvP content. There are no class systems in the game, but the player can join one of eight factions or schools.

These factions have linked skills that are specific to them and once you leave the faction you can no longer use the skill. Gain experience points in one of the many activities in the game. Partake in quests, crafting combat, and gathering and gain experience points that can be converted to “Cultivation” points.

Use the cultivation points to upgrade your fighting skills. Attributes such as chivalry and guilt determine your reputation and alignment in the Jianghu System.
