This school year, Tatsuya Shiba, the elder brother with poor grades, has been assigned to the “Weeds” group. His younger sister, Miyuki Shiba, is an honor student and assigned to the “Blooms” group. Since the two, brother and sister, joined the prestigious school, the campus has known no peace.

With the help and support of his newfound squad, the Trinity Seven, Arata Kasuga is more than determined to save his cousin Hijiri. More importantly, he’s stopping at nothing to save his hometown from destruction.

The aftermath of the event is believed to plague Tokyo to date still. To exorcise potential spiritual disasters and combat the demons, the Onmyou Agency was established. In the modern context, the Onmyoudou magic concept has permeated many aspects of Japanese society, from technology to medicine.

Even with the simplification, modernization, and incorporation of the Onmyoudou concept into many aspects of Japanese society, some members of the Tsuchimikado family, such as Harutora, cannot use this magic. The heir of the Tsuchimikado’s main family and Yakou’s reincarnation, as her familiar, Harutora has no magical powers of his talent. As such, he chooses to live a normal life. However, he chooses to fight by Natsume’s side when a disaster akin to the “Great Spiritual Disaster” is recreated by a prominent member of the Onmyou Agency.

When night falls, it’s time to exorcise ghouls from the school, and the 31 schoolgirls are determined to get extra credits by proving to Negi that they’re better magicians than he is. Not even hours of phantom fighting seem to scare the cuties.

However, not Akatsuki. After defeating the Dark Lord, he brought back to earth her daughter Miu. Throughout the storyline, Miu poses as Akatsuki’s long-lost little sister. Upon their return to earth, Akatsuki and Miu are forced to enroll in a special Magic school called Babel.

At the school, they’re equipped with the necessary skills to help them master the powers they gained in Alayzard to save humankind one day. All the while, Akatsuki has vowed to keep the true identity of the Dark Lord’s daughter, Miu, a secret – not sure for how long, though.

The Misfit of Demon King Academy is the story of one Anos Voldigoad, a Demon King. He willingly sacrificed his life to put to rest widespread chaos and bloodshed that had characterized a war between humans and demons in the distant past. Anos, the demon king, lost his life in the hope of reincarnating in a more peaceful future to reclaim his throne once again.

Anos, indeed, woke up two millennia later. However, things were not the way he’d expected. A lot had changed while he was away. For instance, the level of magic on earth has declined significantly. Things only got worse when Anos Voldigoad enrolled at the Demon King Academy in the hope of reclaiming his rightful title as the demon king. Still, his true identity and personality had been falsified, and demonkind remembered him very differently. Because of the lack of common knowledge about the reincarnated demon king, Anos is considered the Magic Academy’s outlier – the Misfit of the Demon King Academy.

Even with all the attempts at erasing Anos’ past achievements, he seems unfazed and more than determined to let his descendants acknowledge that the true demon king is back.

Upon reaching the school, Kamaito runs from Claire to meet Greyworth Ciel Mais, the headteacher at Areishia Spirit Academy, who then advises him to enroll. He accepts the offer, despite him being the only male student among the shrine princesses. However, in exchange, he gets information about his former contracted spirit, Restia Ashdoll.

In the duel, something unusual happens, which catches the attention of an international student named Julie Sigtuna. The strange event entails the manifestation of a shield, instead of a weapon, from Tooru’s soul. The occurrence brings a whole new twist to the Absolute Duo story.

For this particular duel, the winner enslaves the loser. As such, the stakes are high for Ikki, the failed knight, who is determined to prove a point. For Stella, she is the princess and an honors student at the academy. There’s no way she’s going to lose the fight with the academy’s worst student.

However, he has failed the entrance exams. So the only other way he’s going to be at the Evening Party is if his humanoid automaton Yaya beats another automaton from one of the top 100 students.

The Party is technically a fight between puppeteers using their “Automatons.” The winner not only gains access to the forbidden “Machinarts” but is also bestowed the title of “Wiseman.”

Raishin challenges Charlotte Belew and her automaton Sigmund to a fight. However, before the fight begins, Sigmund is attacked by other students. Raishin has to come to the rescue of his opponent and goes ahead to cancel the planned fight between Sigmund and Yaya.

With the duel canceled, Raishin has to seek another way to access the Evening Party. Luckily, he finds a workaround and ultimately manages to win the coveted “Wiseman” title.

After a series of deliberations and consultations, the duel is voided by the students’ council president. Craftily, Ayato claims that he isn’t interested in Festas and that his main reason for enrolling at the academy was to try and locate his missing elder sister. However, things soon take a twist, and Ayato takes part in one Festas and wins against some of the planet’s most experienced Genestelas.

During this battle, Kazuya mistakenly embraces Satellizer el Bridget, a powerful Pandora known as the “Untouchable Queen,” thinking she is his deceased sister. Satellizer ends up losing the fight but takes Kazuya as her Limiter. What’s not clear is whether their newfound friendship and partnership can survive future battles and the machinations of the upperclassmen. Only time will tell!

With the new commanders in place, petty rivalries become routine between the three cities. The Unknowns are taking advantage of the inter-city rivalries to increase their attacks. According to the sorcerer, the mystical Clow cards have incredible magical powers. He sealed them inside the book because they act independently to cause havoc. To prevent the potential destruction of epic proportions in the world, all the Clow cards have to be recaptured and sealed again.

To do that, the Beast of Seal gives Sakura the Sealed Key and the title of “the Cardcaptor.” With the blessings of her friend Tomoyo Daidouji and the guidance of Kero-chan, Sakura the Cardcaptor sets off on her secret magical mission of recapturing all the mystical Clow Cards.
